I am a pragmatic Senior UX Researcher who prioritizes balancing real-world constraints in order to deliver measurable outcomes.

Most recently, I was a solo User Experience Researcher at Ensora Health, building up the practice from the ground-up, leading end-to-end research, and optimizing AI experiences for the company’s flagship practice management system for mental health professionals. My proudest achievement was de-risking the launch of our first AI feature by driving rapid, rigorous research that clarified the path forward, validated the strongest direction, and led to a release that outperformed the company’s average SUS by 19%.

Previously, I was a UX Researcher at Change Healthcare (acquired by Optum), building my knowledge in the healthcare domain and leading B2B research for the EHR system under their Patient Engagement Suite. In addition to my full-time roles, I’ve spent the last 7 years supporting teams that needed fast, meaningful research — partnering with companies like Microsoft, Home Depot, and AccuWeather, as well as others across AI, preventive healthcare, and B2C.

Outside of work I’m playing sports, traveling, and picking up new video games :)
