Nice to meet you! I’m Justin.
I’m a Collaborative UX Researcher and graduate from UC San Diego, where I received my B.S. in Human-Computer Interaction. In that time, I learned how to apply mixed methods research to discover unmet needs, uncover user motivations, and streamline interactions between people and technology.
Currently, I’m a UX Specialist at Change Healthcare helping to enable a better, more efficient healthcare system by investigating and advocating for our provider users.
Before my current role, I was a UX Designer for a growing start-up called Hub Technical Sales to build a SaaS platform to streamline complex workflows for Sales Engineers. Before that, I was a Consultant for start-ups in various industries such as: preventive healthcare, theater technology, and vehicle research. From planning and conducting qualitative research methods, to testing, to designing hi-fidelity applications, I supported teams throughout the product cycle.
Outside of work, I’m playing volleyball, pick-up basketball, and listening to podcasts :)
